I am in the process of moving my mom and dad to Virginia
I submitted a request to have all of mom's medical records from this rehabilitation center in Maryland to one in Loudoun County Virginia where I live.
The process is slow... mostly because since I requested this information, suddenly some changes in mom's therapies have been discontinued -- for various reasons, which makes the decision for the new rehabilitation place a difficult one...
I will not go into the details here because it is not interesting nor pleasant.
I have secured an apartment for my dad, it is ground level so when mom recovers as much as she can, they can go in and out without stairs. The apartment is one mile from my house!
My dad and I are excited about this move.
We need to get mom transferred to this new rehabilitation hospital in Loudoun.
